Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Personal Assistant role are:

3. Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and manage appointments for senior staff.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
5. Handle incoming communications and respond on behalf of senior staff when required.
6. Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
7. Assist in the planning and coordination of events and meetings.
8. Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
9. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
10. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

11. Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within professional services.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
