Associate Director – Property / Asset Management
Location: North London (Head Office)
Reporting to: Senior Leadership Team
Overview
An established property and asset management business is seeking an Associate Director to lead operational service delivery across a residential portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for teams, clients, compliance and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage operational teams delivering front-line property management services
* Own day-to-day service delivery, measured through response times, resolutions and customer feedback
* Oversee asset management, PPMs, health & safety and risk compliance
* Develop and implement operational strategy alongside senior leadership
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
* Mentor, train and performance-manage managers within the team
* Drive continuous improvement, SOPs and consistent ways of working
* Support client finance processes including budgets, reporting and compliance deadlines

* Strong operational leadership experience within property / block management
* Proven background managing teams and complex residential portfolios
* Confident with compliance, asset management and service delivery KPIs
* Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
* Comfortable working at senior stakeholder level
