Music Education Specialist - Staffing & Schools - Ref: EE03925 Unqualified Teacher Scale; Salary Range: £21,731 - £33,902 allowance Walsall Music Education Service is seeking an experienced Music Education Specialist to manage all school partnerships and communications alongside staffing management. Management of staff will include direct line management for a proportion for the team, peripatetic timetabling for the whole service, staff allocations and Service Level negotiations with schools across all key stages. Teaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential. Music Education experience and instrumental qualification are essential. This position is subject to teachers’ terms and conditions and is open to unqualified teachers on the unqualified teacher pay range (up to point 6) and will attract an allowance commensurate with responsibility and experience equivalent to a TLR 1a.
