Salary: £31,650 – £45,646 per annum + SEND Allowance

About Our Partner Schools in Newton Abbot
We work closely with a range of outstanding SEN schools across Newton Abbot that provide tailored education for children with diverse needs, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties.
Our partner schools offer supportive and inclusive teaching environments, modern facilities, and small class sizes. You’ll also receive full preparation and induction support, including meet-and-greet sessions and trial days to ensure you’re set up for success.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced SEN Teachers or professionals with transferable skills to support students across:
* Primary, Secondary, and College education
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and other complex needs
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Have experience supporting children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs
* Be confident managing challenging behaviours and creating tailored lesson plans for small groups
