An exciting opportunity has arisen within the UK Support Function for a Coordinator role. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your existing skills, knowledge and experience within the UK Support Function. The post holder will undertake additional duties to their existing role, as detailed below. The role requires someone to be proactive in managing a busy workload, have excellent time management and prioritisations skills and the ability to work under pressure. The UKSF Coordinator will need to exhibit the ability to effectively manage and build relationships within the UK Support Function and internal stakeholders, such as Resourcing. You will be required to demonstrate a range of skills including influencing and emotional intelligence, which is key to the success in this role. The Role Responsibilities below will be in addition to your existing role, to include, but not limited to: Recruitment / New Starter Assist with short listing CV's, first stage interviews, liaising with the Resourcing team to arrange interviews Assist with the on-boarding process for UKSF new starters Support New starter roadshows & Careers events Create spotlights for internal roles Raise new starter IT requests – Self IT Support new starter activity, to include acting as a buddy UKSF Functional Activities To monitor and action UKSF FTN mailbox To monitor and action Travel FTN mailbox Support DMD activities working alongside the UKSF Team Leaders Support with KPI reporting activities Assist and support with improvement working groups within the UKSF Support and participate in engagement activities Become an expert in systems/tools used by the UKSF and offer training and support Represent the UKSF in relevant appropriate meetings in the absence of the Team Leaders, to include working group updates Present at UKSF team meetings on certain topics Be a wellbeing Champion for the UKSF Annual leave / absence cover for other Coordinator(s) Development Embrace training, self development and continuous improvement / reflection activities Utilise MBDA tools such as You Learn, Percipio and the My Learning Path as well as other internal relevant courses Build on your stakeholder network To continue to build on professional behaviours and competencies, including the company values (innovation, commitment, integrity, passion & team spirit) What are we looking for? Participation in UK Support Function initiatives and personal development initiatives Someone who can exhibit a high level of resilience, communication, organisation skills and attention to detail, which is key to success in this role Someone who is forward thinking, who looks to improve efficiencies in working practices and processes Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload effectively with excellent time management skills Someone who is an enthusiastic team player Someone who can demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and trust Willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description To develop to become the knowledge point of contact within the UKSF Confident in building effective working relationships at all levels cross the Business
