* Delivering engaging and differentiated science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Supporting students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs.
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Planning and delivering practical experiments in line with safety procedures.
* Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and supporting academic achievement.
* Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Science at secondary level
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A passion for inclusive education and student development.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and committed approach.
Experience working with SEN / SEMH students would be highly advantageous but is not essential.Why Join This School?
