Psychologist (Counselling / Forensic / Educational / Clinical)
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £74,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 3 days per week
Contract: Part-time / Term-time options available
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Psychologist (Counselling, Forensic, Educational or Clinical) to join a specialist school-based setting in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people
* Work collaboratively with education staff and clinical teams
* Contribute to EHCP assessments and reviews
* Provide both formal therapy sessions and informal support within the school setting
* Support staff with behavioural and emotional strategies
* Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
* Qualified Psychologist (Counselling, Clinical, Educational or Forensic)
* HCPC registration
* Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, CAMHS, SEN settings)
* Understanding of needs such as autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or complex behaviours
* Strong team working and communication skills
