Your responsibilities as Account Manager
* Manage and convert qualified inbound enquiries
* Understand client requirements and produce tailored workspace options
* Coordinate and host property viewings and tour schedules
* Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and workspace operators
* Oversee opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline updates
What we're looking for in an Account Manager
* Previous sales or client-facing commercial experience within property, flexible workspace, B2B services or a related sector
* Strong negotiation experience with the ability to secure positive commercial outcomes
* Experience managing multiple live opportunities simultaneously
* Ability to build tailored proposals and recommendations based on client requirements
* Previous experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity
This a hybrid working role (Lichfield office), with some London travel required.
