The Role
- Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staff
- Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
- Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management
Requirements
- Significant experience in residential property law, ideally 5+ years PQE
- Strong technical ability across all conveyancing matters
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Excellent commercial awareness and client‑facing skills
- Ambition to progress into Director‑level leadership
