Junior Product Developer

We’re recruiting for a major UK streetwear brand known for bold product, fast drops, and a strong presence across the fashion and culture space. Based in Birmingham, they’re growing quickly and need a Junior Product Developer to join the team ASAP.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the product process — from tech pack to production and delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Allocating tech packs to factories for sampling
2. Clarifying tech pack queries with factories alongside the Design team
3. Chasing samples to meet deadlines for selection meetings
4. Filing samples and updating rails by supplier
5. Managing the sampling critical path with suppliers
6. Creating style specs + grading across sizes/territories
7. Approving fit samples and sending comments on Proto / PPS / PS
8. Updating critical path with confirmed POs
9. Monitoring critical dates to hit production + delivery targets
10. Weekly supplier critical path meetings
11. Coordinating with Operations on packaging and shipping
What you’ll need:
12. Experience or a fashion graduate who can be trained
13. Education – Fashion Design or Fashion Buying
