GlowSlim Clinic and associated ventures are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Halifax. This role is ideal for someone with good IT and organisational skills who wants to support a growing healthcare business and other business operations.
Responsibilities
* Handling emails, calls, and scheduling meetings.
* Maintaining digital records and updating spreadsheets.
* Supporting clinic operations with data entry and patient record management.
* Assisting with orders, invoices, and supplier communication.
* General office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements
* Previous admin or office experience preferred, but not essential.

Compensation

* Part-time to start, with scope to increase hours.

Pay: £12.42-£13.48 per hour
