Account Executive

About the Role
* First commercial hire within the business
* Build pipeline and generate new business opportunities
* Prospect and engage engineering and technical teams
* Run discovery conversations, demonstrations and pilot programmes
* Work closely with founders to refine messaging and target markets
* Help establish sales processes, tooling and best practices
* Contribute directly to the growth of the commercial function
* Remote-first role with flexibility across the UK
Your Previous Experience
* Experience in an SDR, BDR, Account Executive or similar new business sales role
* Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
* Comfortable engaging technical stakeholders and engineering teams
* Experience selling into software development, DevOps, infrastructure or technical environments is highly advantageous
* Able to operate independently and thrive in an early-stage environment
* Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable building from scratch
* Experience managing demonstrations, pilots or proof-of-concept engagements would be beneficial
Package
* £50,000 - £60,000 base salary depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure (likely OTE £100k+)
* Future performance-based equity opportunity
* Remote-first working environment (office in London if hybrid preferred)
