The Role:
You’ll coordinate online and in‑person training courses, supporting candidates through their learning journey and ensuring smooth, compliant delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enrol learners and manage their progress
* Schedule trainers, venues, and assessments
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate advice
* Process documentation and issue certificates
* Maintain compliance with CAA and awarding body standards
