Conveyancing Legal Secretary

* Salary Circa: £23,000- £25,000 (dependant on experience- negotiable)

In this vital role, you’ll provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, helping to ensure smooth and efficient case progression. Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide full secretarial support to the conveyancing team, including diary management and scheduling meetings.
* Greet and assist clients, ensuring a professional service is delivered at all times.
* Handle audio transcription, typing correspondence, and preparing legal documents.
* Submit searches and handle telephone queries from clients and third parties.
* Prepare legal forms and other necessary documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Solid residential conveyancing experience within a legal environment.
* Proficiency in using legal software such as Land Registry Portal, BigHand, Oyez Forms, Searchflow, and/or Partner 4 Windows is advantageous.
* Ability to use initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills and a professional client manner.
* Technical competence in managing legal documents and correspondence.
