Job Title: Contracts Administration Assistant (Scotland Branch, Glasgow)
Role Responsibilities:
1. Ensure effective allocation and scheduling of joiners and plasterers to client properties, meeting targets and deadlines.
2. Assist in organizing and motivating field-based teams.
3. Accurately process customer orders, invoices, and payments in line with company policies.
4. Support the production manager in managing financial aspects of construction jobs, including tracking costs, ordering materials, and stock management within the ERP system.
5. Promote and uphold Health & Safety standards, including compiling relevant documentation and ensuring compliance.
6. Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
7. Support management with reporting on sales, production, and assist with month-end processes for the regional branch.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in preservation or construction, with knowledge of our industry.
* Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Experience with construction management, invoicing, and purchasing systems.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Understanding of Health and Safety laws related to construction.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Work Hours:
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours TBC).
