Thrive Personnel Ltd are seeking an experienced Dispatch Operations Manager to lead our clients dispatch team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe delivery of goods. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dispatch, from packing and loading to shipping and customer satisfaction, while continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the dispatch team, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams to optimize dispatch readiness.
Maintain inventory of packing materials and monitor key performance indicators to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized dispatch area.
Plan and manage loading schedules, dispatch documentation, and communication with transport carriers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in dispatch, goods out, or outbound logistics, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
