Type: 12-month FTC (potential to become permanent or be reviewed at the end of the term)
Location: Initially Liverpool, with long-term relocation to Deeside at their new modern site
Hours: 8:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility if needed (onsite). Expenses for travel to Liverpool (e.g., tunnel) will be reimbursed.
As a Laboratory Analyst, You Will
* Perform HPLC Analyses: Conduct accurate and precise analyses of samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
* Method Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Data Interpretation: Analyze experimental data to support projects and research initiatives.
* Instrument Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC instruments to ensure optimal performance.
* Compliance: Follow laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards, maintaining high accuracy and precision.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
* Proven laboratory experience focusing on HPLC techniques.
* Experience with method development and validation is highly desirable.
* Experience working in regulated environments (GMP/GLP, ISO 13485, etc.).
* Familiarity with chromatography software and data analysis tools.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
