The Role
A Director-level appointment for an established Building Surveyor ready to lead and help grow the Building Surveying Department. This will be a new department and so it is essential you have a track record in growth strategy and implementation. Youll have the backing of a well-respected consultancy, an existing client base, and the autonomy to shape a department.
What Youll Be Doing
* Establishing and growing Selway Joyces Building Surveying offering from the ground up
* Bringing and developing your own client relationships across our core sectors
* Delivering a full BS service
* Creating a strategy to grow the department across the building surveying field
* Integrating with our QS and PM teams to offer fully coordinated consultancy services
* Building and leading a team as the department grows
* Contributing to firm strategy at senior leadership level
* Full P&L ownership

* MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience
* An established Director with a demonstrable client following - this role requires you to bring relationships.
