Your Mission: ✔ Support to open and register this 2 bed EBD/LD home, setting the gold standard for care. ✔ Recruit and mentor a team as passionate as you are. ✔ Achieve OFSTED ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ within the first year. ✔ Create a safe, empowering space where children build resilience and life skills. Qualifications Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards it). 2 years’ experience managing an OFSTED-regulated children’s home. Extensive expertise in EBD/LD care and safeguarding. A leadership style that’s both compassionate and decisive.
