Key Behavioural Competencies: Solution and results focussed Provide direction and communicate goals to the team. Ensure internal and external quality measures are met. Lead CPD and succession planning to grow individual and team capability. Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR. KPI’s/Key Deliverables: Achievement Training programme KPIs. Apprentice and client feedback Trainer RAG status QAR Gateway pass rates First time EPA pass rates High grades Compliance with H&S requirements. Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel.
