We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator for 37hrs per week, between the hours of 8.15am-4.00pm Monday to Friday (with a 0.5 hour lunch break), term time only plus 3 INSET Days.
Role Summary & Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors
2. Maintain the visitors log book
3. Provide information and assistance via telephone, email and Arbor
4. Offer secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the team
5. Assist with Attendance input on a daily basis
6. Marketing & managing social media platforms
7. Assist with trip organisation and fund raising events
8. Liaise with school transport
Essential Characteristics:
9. Highly organised and proactive
10. Excellent communication skills (with children and adults)
11. Good IT Skills
12. Able to work as part of a team
13. Maintain confidentiality
Salary & Benefits:
14. Hourly Rate starts at £13.26 per hour (MNSP Grade 3 Point 5).
15. FTE Salary: £25,583 - £26,403 gross per annum
16. Actual Starting Salary - £21,980 gross per annum (£1,831 gross per month).
17. Pay Progression: Post holder moves to the next pay point after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
