Job Title: ACRO Personal Assistant
Location: Near Fareham
Salary Range: £29,109 – £34,329 (Scale 5 bar 6)
Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week, 08:00–16:00
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the ACRO Senior Management Team.
* Manage correspondence, maintain records, produce a variety of documents, and organise meetings and conferences.
* Support senior managers with diary and travel arrangements; handle confidential information with discretion; take accurate meeting minutes; assist with report writing and office supply management.
* Assist with the management of documents and information flow, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Essential Qualifications: Educated to QCF level 2 (at least 5 passes, including English) OR A Level OR work experience deemed to be comparable.
* Essential Experience: Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in a role requiring complex record keeping; experience of working with Senior Managers; extensive experience with word processing applications and document layout.

Working Arrangements
This role is primarily office-based; occasional remote working may be considered, provided adequate office coverage is maintained across the team.
