Head of Retention | SaaS | Near Sheffield

The role:
* Lead and manage a team within a high-volume cancellation/query department.
* Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention.
* Drive the overall strategy for the retention team, aligning it with company goals and objectives.
* Analyse cancellation trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Design and execute training programs to empower the team to effectively convert cancellations into renewed customers.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to enhance the overall customer experience and retention.
* Monitor key retention metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
About you:
* Proven experience in managing a team, preferably within a retention or customer service environment.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing retention strategies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high volume of cancellations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in the software industry is a plus, however B2B experience is considered
Package:
* Up to £65,000 OTE £100,000 (uncapped)
