Our client, an expert in civils drainage and water management are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in Alfreton. This role is to manage a team of 3, Mon till Friday 8 am till 5 pm. Preferably ideal for someone with previous background in Building Materials such as pipes and similar products.
Job Description
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead a successful team in Alfreton. As an independent merchant/manufacturer they offer you the opportunity to make a real difference. With growth strategy they envisage moving to a bigger, better branch in the medium term, where they will continue to serve customers across the region and distribute to our UK branch network. They are looking for someone with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety, who is also driven to boost sales and footfall at our new branch.
You’ll lead a dedicated, small but dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service to both external and internal customers.
Qualifications
We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or an assistant looking to advance your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products.
You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
