Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity? Join this stable,independent concrete supplier and become a key member of theHR team. As the HR Advisor, your primary focus will be supporting internal managers in effectively handling employee relations.
Working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, out of theStowmarket based Head Office.

Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience as a HR Advisorin an ER-focused HR role.
Strong understanding of employment law and best practice in employee relations.
Experience in managing complex ER cases with confidence and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work on HR projects, driving positive change in the business.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.
