Campaign builds and deployments within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), ensuring accurate audience targeting and robust QA across Tesco and Tesco Group comms. Orchestrating relevant and effective customer journeys in collaboration with Personalisation and Customer teams. Leveraging campaign reporting and insight to lead tactical activity to optimise performance and drive personalisation opportunities via marketing technology platforms (AJO, Movable Ink, Jacquard). Effecting a Test & Learn plan for direct customer communications, collaborating with Customer, Personalisation and Technology teams. Workstack alignment across Direct Customers Communications and Data & Targeting teams for effective collaboration. Manage, coach, and develop a Direct Marketing Executive, providing guidance, feedback and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Managing critical paths, ensuring deadlines are met and risks managed. Building strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. Champion the development of agile processes and tools, including AI, that enable faster delivery and adaptability to changing business needs. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
