Care assistants must become familiar with each client’s care plan, learn about their personalities and understand how to achieve the expected outcomes as well as liaising with key family members and work colleagues. Daily tasks will include personal care, medication, companionship, light meal preparation. What we are looking for: Compassionate, kind and trustworthy individuals, able to demonstrate punctuality and reliability and who are willing to learn the principles of care. Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able to cummiccate strongly in the English language.
