Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Pay rate: £18 per hour + Bonuses paid quarterly!
Hour: Full time with Supernumerary hours
Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Mansfield. This medium bedded purpose built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all home operations are ran smoothly.
You will be supervising and leading a stable care team and have access to the latest tech and amenities to assist with your role!

Responsibilities
* Promote a motivated, well-supported care team.
* Assist the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care.
* Oversee monthly medication returns and accurate logging.
* Ensure staff are trained and competent with medication.
* Complete and review resident care plans on schedule.
Requirements
* Previous care management experience within a residential/nursing home setting
* NVQ Level 3 Minimum
* NVQ Level 4 preferred
