Requirements for the Behaviour Support Assistant role: Previous experience supporting children with behavioural or SEMH needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations. Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding procedures.
