What you will do
* Execute and deliver your own laboratory projects, ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and timeliness.
* Support Purification Development and Viral Clearance, including standard purification experiments, chromatography, filtration, and stability studies.
* Collaborate across cross-functional project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
* Prepare and present reports and dashboards for internal teams and customers.
* Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and laboratory best practices.
* Critically analyze data to support quality-driven decision-making.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, equipment maintenance, and operational excellence activities.
Qualifications
* BSc in a relevant scientific or technical discipline; laboratory experience preferred.
* Business fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience in experimental design, data collection, and analysis; understanding of DOE is a plus.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with GMP and relevant standards.
* Effective communication skills and ability to present complex scientific data clearly.
* Enthusiasm for learning, developing expertise, and supporting team growth.
