Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Start date: ASAP/April 2026
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience, the role and/or qualifications).

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support our partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an ECT keen to gain varied classroom experience, or someone who values flexibility and work–life balance, we’d love to hear from you.
Our opportunities include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2. You’ll work in welcoming, supportive schools, delivering engaging lessons, following pre-planned work, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment when schools need you most.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
