Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking for a role with real purpose? Join our HR team and make a meaningful impact - no prior experience in the education sector required!
We’re seeking a proactive General Administrator to support our HR function and provide high-quality administrative services to internal colleagues and external stakeholders across our academies and central teams. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of HR administration, contribute to process improvements, and support schools in delivering exceptional education. You’ll also contribute creatively by designing training materials, newsletters and recruitment packs using Canva, helping to communicate key messages in a clear and engaging way.
As part of our Services Company, you’ll work closely with our HR, Payroll, Pensions, and Recruitment officers, reporting directly to the HR Director. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations that enable schools to focus on what matters most - their students.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Creative, with a keen eye for design - experience using Canva to create newsletters and training materials is desirable

* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Eager to learn and support our academies

Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate but will fall within our office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
The additional three weeks of work will be scheduled during the school holidays, with dates agreed in advance with the successful candidate.
