Position Details
Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager).
Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively.
Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping.
About You
Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred.
Qualification: A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service; teamwork orientation; eager to make a positive difference.
