We are recruiting for a Site Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturing company to oversee maintenance operations at one of its key facilities in East Lothian. About the Role: Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for all mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities, as well as site projects and maintenance systems. You'll lead a team of fitters and electricians, driving performance and reliability across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of equipment and personnel. Oversee asset management, preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Develop and manage CMMS systems (e.g., PEMAC) for scheduling, stores, and purchasing. Deliver key performance indicators including uptime, downtime, and maintenance efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through lean maintenance practices and process engineering. Manage maintenance budgets and project costs effectively. Collaborate with external contractors to complete maintenance and project work to high standards.
