Electrician – Commercial Fit-Outs (Nationwide)

We pride ourselves on our in-house trades teams, professional standards, and snag-free handovers. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled Electrician to join our team.
The Role
You will be working as part of our in-house electrical team delivering commercial fit-out projects across the UK. Projects vary in size and complexity and include CAT-A & CAT-B refurbishments, industrial units, retail fit-outs and multi-site rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out first and second fix electrical installations
* Install containment systems (tray, basket, conduit, trunking)
* Lighting installations (including LED upgrades and emergency lighting)
* Small power and distribution
* Testing and inspection (where qualified)
* Work from drawings and specifications
* Liaise with site managers and other trades
* Ensure all works comply with current regulations and H&S standards
* Maintain a clean, professional and organised site
* Assist with general site tasks and support other trades where required once electrical works are completed, helping to maintain programme and site efficiency
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* ECS / JIB Card
* Appointment to this role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
* Commercial experience essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work away from home
* Use of your Own power tools and hand tools
* Professional, reliable and well-presented
* Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
* IPAF
* Experience working on fit-out or refurbishment projects
