At Medik8, we are in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a highly capable, data-led Head of Growth to own and evolve our customer acquisition strategy.
Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, you will have ownership of both budget and strategy to shape, scale, and execute acquisition across multiple digital channels. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is motivated by building scalable, commercially effective growth strategies within a collaborative, values-led business.
You will be responsible for driving customer growth across paid digital channels (PPC), SEO, and Amazon, while leading and developing a growing team of two internal specialists and partnering closely with external agency teams.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering Medik8’s customer acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract high-quality customers across all digital touchpoints and continue to scale sustainably. You will work closely with teams across eCommerce, Retention, Brand, Social, Influencer, and Content to deliver joined-up, high-performing customer journeys.

* Full-Funnel Strategy: Define and execute a holistic customer acquisition roadmap that aligns with eCommerce and business goals. Secure stakeholder buy-in and drive performance across all digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, Display, and Amazon).
* Agency & In-House Leadership: Direct and mentor internal teams and external agency partners. Oversee campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Amazon from initial briefing through to testing and scaling.
* Campaign Optimisation & Asset Management: Oversee acquisition campaigns with a heavy focus on A/B testing, Media Mix Modelling (MMM), and continuous performance optimisation including new platform testing.
* Data, Budgets & Forecasting: Own the acquisition budget and forecasting models. Analyse ROI, deliver data-driven insights, and report on key performance metrics to guide future investments.
* MarTech & Platform Ownership: Take full ownership of our digital marketing platforms, Amazon ecosystem, and the front-/back-end technologies that power the acquisition journey.
* Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner with Retention and eCommerce teams to optimise LTV strategy and build high-converting, full-funnel customer journeys. Partner with Brand Content teams on best in class DTC Content.
* Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, lead, and coach a high performing growth marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high achievement.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in customer acquisition across paid and organic channels within a D2C environment (beauty or skincare experience is beneficial but not essential)
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with confidence working with performance data and customer insights
* Experience leading internal teams and external agency partners
* A track record of turning strategic goals into practical, high-impact execution
* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
* A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning
