Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Section Manager: Take accountability for Health & Safety within your area, ensuring compliance and driving a safety-first culture. Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse operational team, fostering engagement and succession planning. Optimise warehouse layouts, resource planning, and stock management to maximise efficiency. Monitor and improve KPIs including Safety, Service, Engagement, and Performance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company standards through audits, 5S, and performance management. Requirements as Warehouse Section Manager: Proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, or operations. Strong coaching, development, and communication skills. Results-driven with the ability to deliver at pace and meet deadlines. Solid understanding of KPIs, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
