Trainee Project Manager Placement Programme – a career training programme inclusive of placement, fees apply.

The programme is designed for entry‑level individuals with limited or no experience. If you already have project experience or vocational certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMQ, this programme is not for you.
We provide a 4‑step pathway to become a Chartered Project Professional and secure an entry‑level role.
Step 1 – APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)
* Complete an 8‑to‑10‑hour online course and a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam.
* Course includes exam simulators, revision tools and an online revision workshop.
* Qualification leads to Chartered Project Professional status with further study and experience.
Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation
* Process‑driven, waterfall methodology – essential for Project Managers.
* Approximately 15‑20 hours online study and a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam.
* Exam simulators, revision tools and a 1‑hour online revision workshop are provided.
Step 3 – Project Management Simulation
* Online simulated project assignment mirroring real‑world scenarios.
* Score is graded by a tutor and a certificate of completion is issued.
Step 4 – Recruitment Support
* Collaborative recruitment support to secure first role in Project Management.
* Assistance with applications, interviews, CV review, mock interviews and role guidance.
