We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction company for an Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover for one week on a live site in Ringmer. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site * Oversee site operations and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow * Maintain health & safety standards in line with company and legal requirements * Carry out site inductions and daily briefings * Ensure materials and deliveries are managed effectively Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role (residential construction) * Valid SMSTS * CSCS card * First Aid at Work (essential) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to take initiative and maintain site progress in the absence of the main Site Manager Why apply? * Short-term opportunity with the potential for future placements * Reputable contractor * Supportive site team already in place To apply for this position please call Georgia at CPR Recruitment
