This setting supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and behavioural challenges. This is a hands-on, active role requiring individuals who are calm, adaptable, and confident in building positive relationships with pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ development, engagement, and wellbeing throughout the school day.
