A leading global investment firm is seeking an experienced deal operations professional, with a background in loan agency, to support its European business. The role focuses on deal closing, settlements, and lifecycle management across a broad range of asset classes including loans, bonds, structured credit, derivatives, and FX.
Key duties include (but aren't limited to):
* Supporting and coordinating European direct lending deal closings with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Review operational aspects of credit agreements and manage funding, cash movements, and payment processes
* Oversee trade booking, resolve breaks, and manage restructurings and amendments
* Act as a key point of contact for counterparties, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely settlements
* Contribute to oversight of outsourced activities and drive process improvements and controls
The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years’ experience in investment operations, with strong bank loan knowledge, along with an understanding of loan lifecycle events and restructuring processes,
