Part Time Female Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 20 hours per week
Some shifts would look like: 7:30am-9:30am, 2:45pm-5pm and waking nights 8pm-8am, so flexibility is required.

Role and responsibilities
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support a wonderful little girl in her family home. She has complex clinical needs, including epilepsy, dystonia, and global development delay, but these conditions are only part of who she is. She has a vibrant and bubbly personality and enjoys the company of three small dogs who share their home. Your role will be vital in enriching her daily life through meaningful outings, activities, and genuine connection. You will be local to Hatfield, Doncaster, and able to offer thoughtful, person-centred support.
The ideal candidate will bring experience and confidence in:

We are a Supported Living healthcare provider with nearly 20 years of experience and over 900 people. Acuity Care Group comprises 3 specialist divisions: LD&A Learning Disabilities & Autism; Bespoke; Team Brain Injury. This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager. We work in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and put the needs of the people we support at the heart of everything we do, providing tailored care and empowering clients to access new experiences.
