An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and forward-thinking Talent Development Manager to join a renowned FMCG organisation. This pivotal role will lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition and learning and development strategies that support organisational growth and excellence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly adaptable professional with a strong background in recruitment and learning & development, who can drive initiatives that attract, onboard, and nurture high-performing individuals across all levels of the business.


Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Talent Planning
o Develop and implement innovative recruitment and development strategies aligned with business objectives
o Identify skill gaps and create frameworks to support internal talent growth and succession planning
o Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness
* Learning & Development
o Design and implement career development tools and leadership growth programmes
o Facilitate coaching conversations and support career progression across the organisation
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and align talent strategies
o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment and development goals
* Employer Branding
o Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice
o Promote opportunities and culture through digital channels and targeted campaigns
* End-to-End Recruitment Management
o Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and fixed-term roles across departments, leading the team, being hands on where necessary
o Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
o Use data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fill critical roles across the organisation

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in L&D and talent development initiatives as well as a sound knowledge of talent acquisition. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively are key as is a proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and driving organisational success.
