What You Will Do:
Chair CP conferences and reviews of looked-after children, ensuring their voices are heard and represented accurately.
Record and maintain comprehensive minutes of CFC reviews, establishing clear action plans and objectives.
Collaborate closely with partner agencies, ensuring cohesive and effective cooperation towards child welfare.
Oversee and challenge care plans, ensuring every child's best interest remains at the forefront.
Conduct audits and maintain precise records, contributing to a transparent and accountable social work practice.
Make informed decisions, formulating comprehensive plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes for children.
