Job Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you will provide clinical and commercial support for operating room products across your territory, focusing on driving sales growth through existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with surgeons and clinical teams in theatre environments to support product adoption and achieve sales targets.
* Present, demonstrate, and develop new business opportunities within your territory
* Provide clinical support to customers within Urology, Gynaecology, Laparoscopy, Cardiovascular & Thoracic specialties
* Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
* Achievement of quarterly and annual sales plans
* Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries
* Business planning and implementation throughout your area of responsibility
* Collect, present, and interpret market and competitor information
* Provide feedback on customer needs, promotional programs, and market trends
* Support new product launches and corporate initiatives
* Attend relevant conferences and meetings as required
To be successful:
To excel in this Territory Manager role, you should have a proven background in medical or surgical device sales, ideally with experience supporting products in operating theatre environments. You will bring a target-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* 3+ years’ experience in medical sales, with surgical sales experience preferred
* Experience selling into operating theatres, ideally with relationships in Urology, Gynaecology, and Laparoscopy
* Strong planning, organisational, and account management skills
* Independent, driven, and able to identify and convert opportunities into sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Clinical or medical device sales background is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific applications
* Full, clean driving license (company car provided)
* Willingness to travel within the UK
Location:
Scotland (candidates must be based in territory with flexibility to travel across the UK as required).
