A Day in the Life Your day kicks off with engineering drawings in hand and tools at the ready. One moment you’ll be assembling panels and tightening down the last rivet, the next you’ll be fitting LED strips and foam inserts. It’s hand on, varied, and no two days are the same. By the time you clock off, you’ll know you’ve helped build something solid, functional, and ready for the real world. What You’ll Be Doing Assembling sheet metal housing units and casings to engineering drawings Using a range of hand and power tools (rivet guns, drills, screwdrivers, spanners, nut spinners) Fitting LED strips, foam inserts, and panel inserts Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish Working closely with other skilled operatives to meet deadlines Keeping your workstation tidy, safe, and efficient What You Need to Succeed Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently Hands-on experience with tools such as rivet guns, drills, screwdrivers, and spanners A practical, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail Team player attitude with a commitment to quality and safety Why Choose This Role?
