We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager (permanent contract) to join our New Ollerton team. The role requires creating a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Responsibilities
As a Store Manager you will lead the team, be passionate about engaging with customers, maximise the business by acting quickly and consistently searching for new ideas. You will lead from the front and ensure all colleagues create a great customer experience. As a proud community retailer, you will actively encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results while keeping the working environment fun and energetic.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. Candidates should understand working within a fast‑paced, sales‑ and results‑driven environment and possess the ability to motivate, manage and support a team. Existing Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Cluster Managers, Retail Managers or Branch Managers are encouraged to apply.
