Semi-Skilled Builder (Todmorden Area)
We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Builder to join our team in the Todmorden area.
About the role:
* General construction work on a range of projects.
* Assisting tradespeople with tasks such as basic joinery, groundwork, and site preparation.
* Safe use of hand tools and power tools.
* Working effectively and safely under pressure.
* Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe.
* Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in construction (semi-skilled level).
* Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
* Own transport preferred. No driving licence required if you are based in or near Todmorden. For work outside the area, you must be able to drive or arrange transport.
Hours & Pay:
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 min unpaid lunch).
* Flexibility over start/finish times, with occasional overtime required.
* Pay negotiable, based on experience.
* Subcontracted position under CIS – a valid UTR number will be required.
