Hours: 40 hours per week, working Mon‑Thurs, then Thurs‑Sun on rotation, working between 18:30 and 07:00

The Traffic Office Administrator is a vital role at Belfast VOC as it plays a part in supporting a safe, efficient and cost‑effective fleet. Standards and methodology must be followed while you:
* Ensure that the Distribution Management System is kept up to date and data correctly input daily; all drivers are de‑briefed at the end of their duty.
* Ensure that Isotrak, Business Asset Tracker and Vision FTA, the system we use to record our HGV drivers’ hours is kept up to date and data correctly input daily to comply with European Legislation.
* Issue vehicle keys and logbooks in line with Royal Mail standards.
* Ensure digital tacho cards are downloaded in line with Royal Mail policy.
* Carry out daily debriefs with all drivers; any unresolved issues are passed onto the shift manager.
* Ensure planned maintenance is carried out for vehicles; the maintenance board and vehicle files are kept up to date.
* Cover additional admin duties as and when required.
A bit about you

* Computer literate with good numeracy and literacy skills.

* Have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (for any roles with driving).

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/hr (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours if part time).
