We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring experienced Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and eager to take on significant challenges in the UAE, consider this opportunity.
* This role is based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* A mandatory six-day work week applies to all site-based roles.
* Applicants must be eligible for a UAE work visa.
Your Role:
* Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Enforce quality control to achieve premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
* Maintain safety standards and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
* Track project progress, resolve issues, and update management on key milestones.
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
* Leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
* Excellent English communication and problem-solving abilities.
